Brand identity and pitch tools for a film production studio

Lotus Peak is a fiction film studio producing scripted stories for streamers, cinema, and the international festival circuit. From its inception, the ambition was clear: not only to make films, but to create an environment where stories could take root and grow.

We joined as creative partners at the very beginning. The task was to build a brand that could hold its own beside established production houses while staying flexible enough to adapt to the voice of each project.

Project overview

Creating a credible and flexible identity for a studio at launch

Lotus Peak was launching with only a name. To secure early partners and funding, the studio needed a credible identity that inspired trust from day one. At the same time, the brand had to be versatile: visible when the studio was in focus, but restrained when a film’s story needed the stage.

The project began at zero — no visuals, no system, only a name. Our goal was to build credibility fast, without overstatement. The focus was strategy, identity, and tools that would help secure early backing.

  • Strategic Foundation — Define mission, vision, and values to guide positioning and creative decisions
  • Scalable Identity — Create a visual and verbal system that balances presence with restraint
  • Pitch Enablement — Build a deck system that adapts across funding, partner, and festival contexts
  • Trust — Make the brand feel established and credible — even before the first production
